If you’re a small or medium-sized organisation, you simply may not have access to all the HR support that you need, such as framing policies and procedures, practical advice on employee relations issues, or managing specific issues such as conflict resolution, workplace investigations or change management.

How we can help

We provide short-term, needs-based help, or we can be there for you on an on-going, regular basis to provide advice and support in:

  • generalist HR services including employee engagement strategies,
  • meeting compliance requirements under Equal Opportunity and Work Health and Safety Acts, particularly focusing on discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying and mobbing, code of conduct and misconduct,
  • conflict resolution and consultation,
  • managing work performance and conduct,
  • workplace investigation and mediation,
  • organisational change management with a focus on people,
  • work health and safety issues, particularly focusing on safety culture compliance from a behavioural perspective,
  • development and implementation of policies and procedures.
