Issues may be centred on managing stress and pressure, adapting to workplace change, integrating work and personal life or coping with mental health issues such as anxiety.
Built on over 30 years of social work experience and Mental Health First Aid accreditation, our expert, confidential counselling service is underpinned by compassion and integrity. We use a tried and tested variety of counselling styles to help the person address and manage the personal challenges impacting their wellbeing and resilience. Our honest, empathetic approach inspires trust and puts people at ease, creating an encouraging environment for openness and healing.
Counselling can be over the phone (via Skype) or in person. The aim is to resolve the issues before they impact adversely on performance or on others in the workplace.
